Heterogeneous reality

  • Brahman is homogeneous. One Truth, etc. Reality is heterogeneous. An object is recognized by its distinctness from others. So reality consists of a set of unique things (heterogeneous).

  • A search for the Oneness of all is a method to deal with the heterogeneity.

  • What goes up, comes down. When mind is focused on oneness, everything appears in the image of that. Say, All are brahman.  When the mind is gotten back to its usual fun and frolic, the more the merrier. Biological and social life needs heterogeneity.

  • To think that I am special is to deny a greater reality. To think that I am nothing, is a false humility. I am something because so chosen. Not  simply because of my thoughts.

  • A spiral goes upwards and outwards, around the arrow at the center. The heterogeneity hides the oneness within the reality.
