Beguiled by the devices Of here and now, I long to be with self, To calm the quickening heart-beats And the breath-taking wait For the next sensations. I spread myself out, Beyond body and possessions, Looking out without grasping, Dissolving the self's distinctions. Other and self become one, In a moment of peace, freedom, Immersed in infinity, joy of being, That is not-me and me, In eternal harmony.
